1. POSITION SUMMARY

• Business Analysis assists business user on how to fully utilize the system capability, bridge the gap between system limitation and user expectation, and provide comprehensive consultation to management for long term recommendation on both system and business aspects.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist business user on how to fully utilize the system capability.

- Analyze business needs from other departments and technical resources to provide suitable and effective IT solutions for business purposes; to identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Coordinate with technical staff , users, outsource consultants and vendors to develop IT system with the most economical and effective method.
- Monitor assigned projects to reach timely schedule and smooth & qualified implementation at system side as per business requirement.

• Using various techniques to gather business requirement
• Analyzing document business requirement and the impact of business change to the project
• Cooperate with stakeholders to reduce or prioritize business requirements.
• Convert business requirements into software specifications
• Collaborate with the technical resources to ensure effectively system design
• Assist in Test scenarios development from a business side and system integration

3. Submit (documentation) and review Business requirements with Project Manager/Head of IT

As Head of Data management, you will be responsible for our data deliverables to clients as well as our external Business Intelligence (BI) implementation projects. You will lead a department with 8 talented and dedicated technologists, and work closely together with clients and colleagues abroad.

Become part of growing eSilicon team that is building a state of the art SaaS based virtual supply chain management system – a critical piece of eSilicon’s business management systems. The position offers opportunity to work on very complex patented application infrastructure and various business process automation projects on J2EE, SOA and .Net platforms, and Oracle eBusiness suite

This person will be part of eSilicon’s world wide Software QA team in testing and certifying virtual supply chain, yield management products for production release.

• Develop and pursue business/commercial ventures aimed at protecting and enhancing Company’s profitability and market position. This involves scanning, predicting and reacting to current and future developments within the healthcare, community and business environment. Develop and assess validity of responses to opportunities and challenges, and then monitor the development/evolution and implementation of ventures. This includes licensing products, feasibility studies, contract negotiation, agreement construction, and/or co-marketing/co-promotion/distribution initiatives.

-Understand client strategy, current business needs/seeds/true issue and
propose the best solution.
-Prepare / supervise the third party to prepare the document, like business/IT requirement, Business operation flow diagram, system function design, for project stakeholder consensus.
-Manage Scope, Budget, Schedule, Issue, Communication, Risk, Quality,
Resource to successfully deliver project.
-Also manage client expectations and supervise third party.

Years of experience: 3+ years as a Software Consultant / IT Consulting Project Manager
